Hello....hi...uhm, yup I am here..kind of.
I am actually out in Washington State right now visiting my family.
See, my sister had that cute little baby girl and I had to come out and get lots of pictures of itty, bitty fingers, ears, toes...
but damn, it is cold here. I don't do cold well.
I will be back to my lovely corner of the world on the 11th.
Stay tuned for lots of pictures of itty, bitty fingers, ears, toes...

Welcome to this world little girl. Kaylee, you look just like your mommy! (sorry Dad, don't see that much of you in her!!)
My niece was born Monday, October 13.
This is my only niece actually, I have 3 nephews. Think of all the girly stuff she will get!! My poor sister, after 3 boys how in the world will she figure out the plumbing of a little girl??
I will actually get to hold her and snuggle her in November! Woo Hoo!!

My 25 year old son, the one living in Ohio called me several months ago to tell me he was expecting a child. With a girl I had not met yet. I acted appropriately happy...he already has one child living here, isn't divorced from his wife yet (they've been separated for 2 years)...
He called several weeks ago because his girlfriends family wanted to know if we would be travelling from Florida to Ohio to attend the baby shower. Umm, probably not was my response.
This last week end he called me all excited wanting my email address. The same one that I have been emailing him from for the past year or so. Sigh...
He informed me that they are having a girl and he wanted to email me the sonogram pictures.
I think I see something in this one...feet??? or maybe hands??? What's that flat thing with a pointy thing on it???Much better, I can at least see the ribs now! And a head!!
Oh look!! A Face!! I think she is playing peek a boo...or else she just saw a ghost!
What's this?? Are you sure this is a baby???
Seriously though, yes I am going to be a grandmother again. In December. So get ready to start hearing about GK #3 (grandkid #3)

Trisha is getting impatient to see her precious little girl. She also wants to be able to tie her shoes.
So I am proposing a World Wide Chant, at 6:00 pm ET everyone needs to sit on the floor, pull a comfy pillow up, close their eyes and repeat 5 times..."Trisha have baby now, Trisha have baby now.."
If we all pull together we can do it!
